object_twodf.fits

This file contains the 2dFGRS catalog matched to the object_sdss_imaging file.

The columns of this file are named using the same conventions as decribed in the 2dFGRS Final Data Release documentation.

This file only contains matches to object_sdss_imaging objects. In order to access the full catalog, look in the file:

$VAGC_REDUX/twodf/twodf_catalog.fits

The file object_twodf.fits has a column TWODF_POSITION which yields the zero-indexed position in the full twodf_catalog.fits file.
