lss_imta

This file tracks which target fields overlap which imaging fields. Because the assignment of which SDSS field is "primary" in which area of sky differs between the "target" reductions and the "best" reductions, this relationship is not one-to-one.

The columns of this file are:

  1. IIMAGING: position of polygon in the sdss_imaging_geometry file
  2. ITARGET: position of polygon in the sdss_target_geometry file

Each row expresses the fact that the given imaging polygon indeed overlaps the given target polygon.
